Brand Leica System Leica

The Leica SF 60 is a shoe-mount TTL flash for Leica M, S, and SL bodies, with a guide number of 60 m (197 ft) at ISO 100 in the 200mm position. The head zooms automatically from 24mm to 200mm and drops to 16mm with the built-in diffusion panel, so the light follows whatever lens you have on rather than spilling outside the frame.

It tilts 90 degrees up and swivels 180 degrees each way for bounce, and you set it with rear dials and a color LCD instead of digging through menus. Power comes from four AA cells or an external pack, recycling runs 0.1 to 5.5 seconds, and there is an LED video light built in. Add the SF C1 remote and you get radio TTL out to 100 m across 8 channels and 3 groups. If you are putting together an off-camera setup for the first time, our team can help you work out what else you need.

Buy from an authorized Leica dealer like Leica Store SF to ensure a genuine product with full manufacturer warranty and expert support.

All shipments are fully insured; orders over $150 require a signature. FedEx Express 2-Day and Overnight within the US. Returns accepted within 14 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Power and Coverage

A guide number of 60 m (197 ft) at ISO 100 in the 200mm position is real working power for a flash this size. The head zooms automatically from 24mm to 200mm and drops to 16mm with the built-in diffusion panel, so coverage tracks the lens instead of wasting light outside the frame.

Bounce and Control

The head tilts up 90 degrees and swivels 180 degrees to either side, which covers most ceiling and wall bounce situations. Settings run through rear dials and a color LCD rather than a menu tree, and recycling takes anywhere from 0.1 to 5.5 seconds depending on output. There is also an LED video light built in for constant output.

Off-Camera Radio TTL

With the optional SF C1 remote you get 2.4 GHz radio TTL out to 100 m across 8 channels and 3 groups, plus optical remote if you prefer it. Manual power runs from 1/1 to 1/256 in third-stop steps, and flash compensation covers plus or minus 2 EV. High-speed, slow, and second-curtain sync are all supported.
